If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a refund (excluding shipping & handling fees) within 30 days of first receiving your order. All items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, with all original paperwork, boxes and any additional packaging.

Special Orders* Select items sold on Rachel Koen may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be items that we do not have in our warehouse, items that we do not have on our website which are special ordered from our distributor, or items that have been customized. All orders that are "Special Order" cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed by the Rachel Koen staff via mail or e-mail.
